Since I entered NTU, I noticed my skill have some glitches. I couldn't interpret on pieces that I learnt, but their forms were still ok. I thought no one was interested in the pieces that I knew as they're just too long [> 8 minutes]. I didn't have a lot of 4-minutes pieces in mind.. So I just let those pieces not practiced well.

Half a year passed. My skill deteriorated very much, but I still could play.

Now I'm in year 2. I start to regret... I know that piece. I know how to play it since I played it before. I could play it, but now I can't play.

What's the problem? I think I still can remember the piece from the beginning to the end. I still can read [some] notes. I know I want to play that thing, but my hands don't seem to cooperate with me.

Hands don't want to cooperate. That's the big problem. To get the hands work, I think I'll need extra piano practice, but I don't have piano! I don't have a keyboard in my room. The hall in which I stay doesn't have music room... I can't practice everyday. Music Room 2 is just too far and too high up the sky. And...
