Nanyang Technological University Cultural Activities Club (NTU CAC) Piano Ensemble was founded in 2002 with a vision to promote piano appreciation by bringing piano music to the NTU community and beyond. Since its formation, it has engaged many piano enthusiasts in NTU. Members have the chance not only to play solo pieces, but also to explore different genres of fine music and to perform duets or two-piano works.

NTU CAC Piano Ensemble has performed in numerous concerts on the NTU campus and in external locations such as the Jubilee Concert Hall and the Esplanade Recital Studio. Its annual concert has been steadily marked by full house attendance ever since the debut performance in 2005. The Piano Ensemble has performed at numerous university occasions including NTU Alumni Night, NTU Lunch Time concerts, NTU Convocation ceremonies, and NTU CAC events.

The Ensemble has been conducting weekly Master Classes since 2006, further honing the skills of its members. On the other hand, it also embraces the spirit of serving the community, and to this end conducts activities such as free-attendance performances at Raffles Hospital, St. Joseph’s Home, and the Jurong Bird Park.
